CJK Constructions is a custom home building company started by Chris Kerry in the Hawkesbury, and has been building for over 30 years.

We build anywhere in the Hawkesbury, Hills District, Wollongong, Blue Mountains, Penrith, Sydney & Central Coast area.

We have a lot of experience in a large range of projects, ranging from new homes, house extensions, additions renovations, second storey additions, duplexes, and factory units.

We also can be engaged to do a complete knock-down rebuild, a new custom built homes on your land (a design of yours or ours), renovate the old or heritage listed buildings, or a new home extension.

We’re different because we’re a Custom Home Builder, NOT a quick slap-together project home builder.

This means we are flexible with inclusions and have NO standard designs. We can build from any plans or we can design any new home, extension, first floor addition or renovation to suit your needs. We are happy to use materials sourced by the owner or of any supplier/ manufacturer.

No matter your building site, whether it’s a gentle sloping site, a large sloping site, a flat site, in high bushfire areas, on acreage land, narrow blocks, in remote locations, the good news is we’ve done it before and we can help every step of the way with your next project.
